Yes in fact it does, see the links below,, the last link is to my 360 blog and you will see pictures of Uranus there and a very large storm on the planet,

Uranus has a number of rings around it. Ten of them are dark and narrow, ranging in width from less than 3 miles (5 kilometers) to 60 miles (100 kilometers). They are no more than 33 feet (10 meters) thick.

YES Jupiter, Saturn, and Uranus has rings. Uranus rings are up and down not side to side like Saturns

I think only Saturn is credited with rings.
