You could use oxy-clean, or those new fancy-shmanshy stain remover things that look like a white board marker when you open them. i think they are oxy-clean brand. You can find them at your locoal grocery store near the fabric softener and That stuff for washers.

oxy-clean follow the directions for stain removal
also you may want to try and get some bibs to prevent this in the future. it will save you the trouble of getting stains out and changing clothes several times a day.

Greased lightning. Its a bathroom kitchen spray. Wet the clothes, spray it on, and work it in with a tooth brush- wash with bleach and repeat if you have to.
You can also boil them on the stove in bleach water and baking soda, or borox, it will get rid of the stains.

Oxy Clean, or they also have this new stuff to get formula out. Im not sure what it is called, but it is made for that

Go to dollar general and get this stuff called m30 it is only a dollar and will clean anything
