Since you've tried dryer sheets and static guard already, you should switch to wearing clothes made out of natural fibers like cotton, silk, etc. instead of wearing a lot of clothes with synthetic fibers to avoid static cling. The shoes you wear can also make a difference how much static you build up while wearing your clothes.
Good luck!

Fabric softener is only effective at lower heat dry settings. Most people commonly dry their clothes on a high setting, which renders any softener ineffective. If you have added liquid fabric softener to your wash load, try drying your clothes on a medium setting. Same goes for the dryer sheets, turn down the heat :)
Every item has its own wash recommendations, I highly recommend, even as a home user, that you read the labels.
