Good news...your baby will be beautiful and healthy. It sounds as if you may be in early labor!! Good luck.

Congrats on the pregnancy! These could definitely be signs of early labor. You may want to time the "cramps" but if it is active labor, you will know and that would be a good time to go to the hospital! If you are already nearly 38 weeks, the odds of your baby being perfectly healthy are VERY HIGH!!! If I were you, and it really is labor... I would be thanking whatever higher power I believe in for letting me have the baby as far away from Christmas as possible! GOOD LUCK!! :o)

The symptoms you described sound like labor. 37 weeks is full term, therefore if you delivery now the baby should be fine. At this point during my pregnancy, I recall having weekly checkups. Contact your OB or nurse hotline with any questions to be sure. Doing so will assure you that you and the baby are fine as well as prevent any complications that may arise.

My son was born at 35 weeks, and other than his heart (the reason for early delivery, and a quick injection fixed the high heart rate) he was perfectly fine. Lungs were great and the only reason he stayed in the hospital was observation, then he had to learn how to eat. But he weighed 7lbs, and 19 1/2 inches. I think your baby would be fine.

It sounds like labor to me. 37 weeks is early but not impossible your baby will be two weeks early and will be fine. For one you should call your doctor so if they want to stop your labor they can. Congratulations mommy you will be having a baby soon.

It does sound like your in labour, go to your hospital or doctor. at 37 1/2weeks it is very unlikely that your baby won't survive. they say a premature baby isborn before 37weeks and all normal births are between 37 and 42weeks. your labour is not too soon. its normal. i had my daughter at 36weeks and she is perfectly fine

Oh yes, you are full term. Your baby will be just wonderfully fine.
I honestly dont think you'll give birth this week. You're progressing.. but it just doesnt sound like its very fast.
You're just fine, and its all okay.
