yesterday I had a little problem with my 1999 jeep grand cherokee. when i made a complete stop and then ascelerate it would hesitate, it would just go to 30 mph but the rpm's would be at 3000 rpm's what could it be transmission or could it be because it was raining and couldent get any traction please help me ?

check you fluid level in the trans.
If it was wet and slipping would you not be able to hear the tires spinning?

jeeps are famous for leaking tranny fluid, ck your level & find the leak!!
