i love chris browns "this christmas". soo cute. "let it snow" and "silent night" by boyz II men are also good r&b ones :] i also like christina aguilera's christmas cd if you like that jazzy, r&b sound.
but my favorite christmas songs are "merry christmas, happy holidays" by nsync, madonna's version of "santa baby" and "jingle bells" by frank sinatra.

By far the best Christmas song ever recorded, and possibly one of the best recordings, period, is Nat King Cole's The Christmas Song. (Chestnuts roasting on an open fire...) For something a little newer in the R&B section, you have to check out Boyz 2 Men's version of Silent Night, the acapella version. It's awesome. Then, there's This Christmas by Donnie Hathaway, and The Drifters' version of White Christmas is the one heard in "Home Alone." It rocks. To close out the R&B section for now would be Chuck Berry's Run Rudolph Run.
For the crooners, you can't beat Bing Crosby for White Christmas or Do You Hear What I Hear. Then you can check out Bobby Helms, Jingle Bell Rock, Brenda Lee's Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree, Johnny Mathis's version of Greensleeves, (What Child Is This,) and Perry Como's version of Joy To The World. The best version of The First Noel is by Elvis, and he does a pretty respectable version of Here Comes Santa Claus. As far as versions of Santa Claus Is Coming To Town, Bruce Springsteen knocks that one out of the park. Also, get hold of Andy Williams's Christmas album and Johnny Mathis's too.
Country. Check out Santa Looks A Lot Like Daddy by Buck Owens, Light Of The Stable by Emmylou Harris, Christmas Time's A Comin' by Jerry Reed, O Come All Ye Faithful by Jim Reeves, (best version by far,) Hark The Herald Angels Sing by Marty Robbins and O Little Town Of Bethlehem by Tammy Wynette, Ding A Ling Tne Cnhristmas Bell by Lynn Anderson, the best version of Silver Bells ever is Sonny James's, and to round that section out, get hold of Old Toy Trains by either Roger Miller, (who also wrote it,) or Glen Campbell.
Big enough list? Hope this helps. Merry Christmas.
