this may sound kinda dumb but im stuck on dragon roost island...i beat the cavern...so i went and talked to the wind god...but for some reason my boats still telling me to talk to the wind god. so i went back over there and tried to use the "wand" again nothing happened....im stuck can anyone help me out?

There might be one little step you missed.
the only thing I can suggest is to look up a Walk through.

Try taking out your wind waker in front of your boat (king). you have to play the Wind's Requiem.

go back and talk to the wind god until he tells you to go to the boats
