I am 37 weeks and 4 days pregnant today and i had sex yesterday afternoon and this morning, and i had cramps last night and some were 5 minutes and some were 7 minutes and some were 8 apart. then this mornin i had cramps too and noticed a small wet spot on the bed and im not sure if it could be discharge or my water leaking and my stomach got hard and i put 2 fingers on top of my belly and saw that my stomach was making them move up and down lightly. then i went to the bathroom and had diarhea for a couple of minutes (sorry if too much). is this all normal or could i be going into labor soon?! my due date isnt until christmas.

(last time i got checked about 2 weeks ago i was only 1cm dilated and the babys head was very very low)

anything helps! please!

i have been losing my plug slowly for the past couple weeks and i have been having braxton hicks since i was about 20 weeks but they never hurt, these feel like period cramps.

Sounds like Braxton Hicks contractions. If you haven't noticed any "show" yet I wouldn't think your waters have broken, there's usually a bit more than that. There is a possibility that you could be "leaking" at bit, so take showers instead of a bath to minimise the risk of infection if it is. If you get a lot more "water" or your cramps become predictable enough to time then contact your doctor or midwife asap and let them know.
Technically, you are now "term" so you baby is due any time. 40 weeks is the average, with a window of 2 weeks either side. All the best, you are nearly there now

All of it is normal.

The spot was probably discharge and the rest of the ejaculate seeping out. Its normal for it to do that for a day or two after having sex.

The cramps are braxton hicks and theyre totally noraml, you will have more of them, and more intense ones after having had sex. They might even be regular, but eventually fade away in a few hours, instead of always growing in intensity.

If your water was leaking it wouldnt be just a wet spot on the bed, it been all the time wetting your underwear whenever you get up or move or change positions.

You're making progress, generally women complain about getting the runs a few days or a week before labor starts. But its not a definite sign or anything.

You very well could be =) Diarreah is the body's way of cleaning itself out before labor. Some people go into labor shortly after, some don't. I would call your Dr. or midwife just to let them know there's a possibility your water may be leaking. They can do a quick non invasive test to find out. IF you think your water may be leaking, do Not have anymore sex due to risk of infection. Has there been any more wetness since? My water leaked with my 3rd pregnancy, started to leak at 3 pm on my due date and anytime i would move my panties would get slightly wet. It was hours of thinking baby was just putting pressure on my bladder before I decided I'd go get checked to see if it was my water. Sure enough it was, and when they checked to see if i was dilated, my water completely broke. This was about 6 pm. I was not feeling any contrax but was told i was having them 2 mins apart. My son was then born at 11:57 pm that night.

Good luck!

it sounds like braxton hicks to me. i got them a lot starting at 36 weeks. the cramping and wet spot could have been from the sex. if you continue to leak or the pains come back at regular intervals that get closer together and don't stop, call the doc. otherwise it sounds like normal "false labor"
