Wear glitter on your eyes. It really stands out. Or a lot of competitive cheerleaders wear blue eyeliner on really thick to their competitons

1] do the full face - start with moisturizer. Let it absorb while you brush teeth, put on earrings, etc.
2] do concealer, foundation.
3] apply more blush than usual - so you will look feverish close up!
4] cover entire face with translucent powder - helps prevent
smearing, and helps 'set' the eye makeup.
5] enhance eybrows - they should be bolder and darker than usual.
6] apply three-four shades of eyeshadow - lightest in inner corner of eyes; brightest on lids; darkest in crease. Use what color instructor directs you to.
7] apply black eyeliner to upper lashline, and 'wing' it up and out at outer corners [ Cleopatra style ]. Apply to bottom lashline, and wing it up and out to upper line.
8] apply black mascara - several coats needed; so use clump free.
9] dab powder over lips; brush off; apply lip color;
then powder lips thru tissue, and apply second coat.
Bring your makeup bag and a stand up mirror if possible. You will need touchups! Don't forget Qtips for smears.
GOOD LUCK!

haha okay this is going to sound crazy but trust me, i'm on this twirl team and we go to a lot of competitions too along with dancers so we have to do the extreme makeup.
you'll need glittery eyeshadow and bright. and dark lips. and dark-ish blush.
this really depends on what color your outfit is. but whatever color it is [lets say its pink] you can find this loose, BRIGHT glittery eyeshadow. i get mine at claires.
well first you put lipgloss on the lid of your eye. not a lot, and clear lip glos preferrably. it makes the glitter stay on perfect! then you just spread a little on the loose glitter onto your eyes and ta-da! instantly bright and noticeable. then you could add different colors as well and everything. just have fun with it :]

then for your lips use a dark color. or bright. depends on your outfit again. think bright "barbie" pink, cherry red, or dark wine red.

good luck :]

what you need is pink blush, blue eyeshadow, black liquid eyeliner on your upper lash line, black pencil eyeliner on your lower lash line, and red lipstick.
