If it is clean, try a scrape metal dealer. Maybe the scrape metal price is fairly high.

Sell the salvageable parts off it, and scrap the short block....it's junk

Strip it of any good parts that you may use in the future ( head, mounts,etc ) & take it to a scrap/recycling yard.
