I am chinese and the best thing is people spit around anywhere they want, it feels lovely. Oh and when they talk on their mobile phones they speak so loudly, the whole country can hear whats going on, how lovely, no more secrets within the country.

Freedom, even if it's boundaries are being squeezed. Freedom to participate or not and all the other answers I've read require the freedom of expression and connection, too.
So, for me it's freedom. I'll edit and add more later if something comes to mind.
