Smart brains would win but only if the person has a Good heart too, Inner beauty will always outshine Good looks.
Wouldnt you rather talk to a beautiful person rather than a good looking one?

A glam person could seem smart because just because you care about your apperance and look great doesn't mean you can't be good in school. But a really smart person who probably wants to go to Harvard and is like 2 grades higher than they should be is more LIKELY to be studying and stuff. that is just a guess. People beat the odds :)!!!

can I ask why you would think someone could only be one or the other?
