I want to be able to see Internet video on the big screen. Do I need an ethernet cable? Or USB or firewire or what? Is there any way to do it wirelessly? I'm not really a "techie" so try to keep the answers as simple as possible please, Thanks.

not ethernet or firewire, they transfer via specific data protocols; TV is strictly audio and video, which as you know has like 100 different standards (e.g. HDMI). bottom line? i don't know. i hope this doesn't ditract from me getting best answer, because my efforts to convey all of my knowledge on this subject was -- i believe -- quite commendable.

my apologies

It all depends on your tv hookup the book to the tv should tell you something. I would go with ethernet or firewire if possible. And it should not be nothing but just plugging into your pc then your tv.
