your body has matured...or at least started, but your mind wont be mature for another10-15 years. Have fun a be careful....
and watch out for women, they think they know everything and will tell you why (as in why they answer questions in mens health, when they have no idea of what they are talking about)

Dude I'm 28 and still wondering where the maturation's at.
The best advice I got is : Relax. You're cool, you're normal, and you will get everything you want in time. I don't know you but I promise you this is true.
