Her "fix" involves violating the bill of rights.
If violating the bill of rights is the cure, I'd rather be the problem.

While reading this question some very sarcastic things popped in my mind but I am going to try to be nice here. The Bush mess can be cleaned up by anyone who does not vote for more federal spending and who votes watches checks and balances. I honestly do not see Hillary Clinton doing that. I think her main goal of being president is to prove that a woman can and I think that is the wrong reason to run. She has never come through on one promise and I don't see her coming through on a single one if she does get elected. And I really hope that she doesn't because 12 years of Bush/Clinton's in the White House is just too much. This country needs a new direction and charge cards to Nemun Marcus are not it.

Do you HONESTLY think Hillary can fix anything??? Please she is more in touch with Bush's policies then any other candidate..
You Hillary supporters really don't have a clue do you?? Look past her promises and lies and see how she has voted in the past.. She's nothing more then a Bush extention..
Funny how people who support her have no clue what she stands for. So sad that people are that steered by the media... which only supports those candidates that will buy into them..
Hillary supporters are the worst.. They just don't have a clue and only care that she's a woman.. They can't even tell you ONE accomplishment she has made except that she SAT THROUGH a few meaningless committees that also failed.

Robert, all you have to do is mention anything Hillary Clinton and the hate appears.
Senator Clinton is the only candidate that "can fix the Bush mess." Re-connecting the phone lines to the Oval Office will be her first order of business. She will jump in her big new jet and begin bringing down the walls this administration has built.
President Bush has made billionaires out of his millionaire friends on the backs of all of us. Now they can confidently sit back and enjoy the good life knowing Hillary will clean up the "mess."
Yes she may have one or two insignificant skeletons in her closet, so what, we must trust her as the "only candidate" able to tackle this job.

Respectfully, I disagree with you. Clinton is not the person for the job in my opinion.
We will need someone who not only can clean up the mess, but who can put an end to earmark spending and balance the budget. The bad news is that with all of the spending Hillary has planned, it's only going to add to the mess.

I agree with most of the answerers here, she is NOT the fix for the Bush mess. But taking this a little further, I don't understand why women support her at all! After the marriage she has had and all of the private and public humiliations he put her thru, for her to stay with him is bad judgement enough to nullify her for anything. You cannot tell me she has forgiven much less forgotten it all, so she has to be cold and calculating enough to put it aside to accomplish what she wants and needs from him. That is not someone I want in charge of the country. I prefer honesty and integrity.

So you think that the candidate w the least practical experience can "fix" things? In that case, can I be your plumber? I have no experience at all, but I think it's time for a change in the plumbing industry. I once went to a bar and hung out w some plumbers, so I know what I'm talking about. Plus, I'm entitled to it, dammit!

just a simple question from a very simple minded questioner...needless to say you are sorely lacking in economics knowledge...
There is no recession. Despite all the doom and gloom from the economic pessimistas, the resilient U.S economy continues moving ahead—quarter after quarter, year after year—defying dire forecasts and delivering positive growth. In fact, we are about to enter the seventh consecutive year of the Bush boom. The pessimistas are a persistent bunch.

Oh yeah, since she's apologized for voting us into Iraq. Yep, she sounds like she's soooo ready to acknowledge her mistakes. Pick John Edwards, or Barack, or Dodd. Please, just think outside the Clinton box. She has shown her inflexibility, and I would think by now we'd have learned our inflexible president lesson.
