MALE sperms? Are there any other kind? You mean....gasp...there are FEMALE sperms? Why didn't anyone tell me this years ago! I feel so violated for not knowing there are FEMALE sperms! AGGGGHHH! Good grief, Charlie Brown!

Do you mean "will the testicle stop making sperm?" Well no your testicle are always making sperm even when you asleep. Sperm is an endless supply you will never run out if that's what you wanted to know?

it depends on age and health. some people can manage to reproduce even at age 80, but others lose health even at age 50

Do you mean that will they eventually "run out"? Well I doubt that could happen, because your body is continuously creating more. But if you have had a particularly busy afternoon, you might "run out" temporarily.
