In nature, stars produce all of these while anything that produces heat including us produces infra-red. UV is a product of bright hot flames. Gamma rays are the product of nuclear reactions so radioactive materials give them off. Certain radioactive materials give off X-rays and man produces them by firing electrons at certain metals.
Radiowaves and microwaves are produced by the interaction of electrons and magnetic fields and thus can be man made with electrical circuits while nature makes them when earth's magnetic field steers electrons from the sun to the north (and south) and accompany the northern lights.

Most of them come from electrons moving back and forth.
The harder stuff (x, gamma, cosmic rays) comes from the hard part of an atom breaking.
