I want to share my INETPUB folder.(Windows 2003 Server). I gave full control to everyone.
But still the readonly check box remain unchanged. How can I remove this?

To me, this is a SILLY and UNWISE thing to do, primarily for security reasons.

That said, check your SHARE permissions - not the NTFS permissions - by default, new shares in 2003 are all READ ONLY regardless of NTFS permissions. Go to the Share tab on the properties of the folder and click the permissions button.

What are you trying to do ? The folder by default is for publishing, so if your server is set up correctly, it should work off IIS .
