since most poles do go back home for x_mas and return the after new year so will less of them come back?

Why single out the Poles? Why are you so hooked on picking on people you do not like? You show yourself to be openly discriminatory with an underlying tendency to hate. Be mindful of 'fine lines' as they just might trip you.

Judging by the number of Polish people in Tesco this morning it looks like they're staying for Xmas and probably inviting friends over! Good luck to them, they deserve it!
