Sure, i do and I had a little tiff at a certain store the other day too, the price on the shelf was clearly marked 13.88 for a very nice toy computer and I made sure I was grabbing the correct one. When I got to the register they told me it was 28.97. I told them it is clearly marked at 13.88 and was told they were aware of that but they are going to change it. I informed them that it was not changed YET and I wanted it for the 13.88. I asked to speak to the store manager and was refused. When I got home I called and got customer service she told me that she did not have time for this it was time for her to leave. She transferred me to the garden department, who transferred me to a guy named Mike, he took my name and number and three hours later I still had not heard anything so I called and asked for the manager. He said that he had heard of my story but that they had resolved the issue. I said may I ask how? He said we gave it to you for 13.88. I informed him that no one had ever called me back, so he told me to come in and get one and take it to the service counter and they would give it to me for the 13.88. When I went there they had MOVED them to another area and raised the price to 29.97 and I took it up to the front and she did not know anything about it but she gave it to me for 13.88. I think I want to call Walmarts corporate office to complain!

ONLY when I know I am legally entitled to one, NEVER of I just change my mind, or whatever. I run a small, family run shop, and I KNOW that big shops will refund for any/no reason, but us little guys simply can't afford to, without good reason. So, I ONLY aske for a refund for faulty goods, or goods which aren't fit for the intended purpose. I have no problem demanding my rights, but I would feel VERY akward about getting a refund for any non-faulty item. Old fashioned, I know.

We all work hard for everything we have. When we pay good money for a product or service we are entitled to be pleased with that item.
If not you should never, ever be afraid to ask for either a refund of exchange.
They are either selling a product or service and are expected to be at their best to attain your business.
Your money speaks loudly!!!! Let your choices speak for you!!!

Not really it depends if I buy something that I thought was good and is nasty than I would ask for a refund. but I usually don`t because I use to be happy for what I got.

My wife has a reserved spot in line at the local Walmart customer service center. She returns things that have been used for years (kids toys), without a receipt or a box. She has a lot of chutzpah. I am embarassed for her. I try to convince her that this is not ethical, but she does what she wants anyway.

The only 'expense' I don't ask refund for any reason, is Feelings.
When it comes to products, I certainly ask for refund because otherwise I would be the last sucker...

Sure. I shop and go home and try things on grandma and if they don't fit I go back and try again. It's not a big deal this is something that goes on at stores all day long. So know that what you buy may have been preowned.
