No - in fact, I doubt it will be played in L.A. for many years to come, since the city has no NFL franchise.

2008 - University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, AZ
2009 - Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL
2010 - Dolphin Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL
2011 - Dallas Cowboys Stadium (not yet completed) in Arlington, TX

The ROSE BOWL is held every year in Pasadena, not to confuse it with the Super bowl.
