Or at least reduce it to less than once a week. My girlfriend is upset because the last time we had sex I didn't ***. I had a terrible headache at the time and also felt tired and was probably dehydrated. She blames it on the fact that I masturbated 2 days before. (We live 2 hours apart and see each other on the weekend) I feel like I need to masturbate or have sex. If we were together all the time and having sex, I don't think I would feel the need to masturbate.

Masturbation is not the reason you didn't ejaculate it is probably the fact you had a headache and maybe you didn't want it on that day. Masturbation can't drain all your semen your testicles make and endless supply of semen.I don't think you need to stop masturbation as i am still wanking now but you should consider sex when you want not when ill or it wont be as pleaureable. You were exhausted, this has nothing to do with masturbation, and masturbating 2 days prior to sex wouldn't have had any effect. You get a headache when you get really, really tired, and your mouth dries out too. You also are in no mood to do anything at all, except for sleep, and your sex life would have taken a hit from being exhausted. Get more sleep, not less masturbation.

I was in this same position, and i haven't masturbated sense june. ( 7 months ). I assume your religious because if you weren't you probably wouldn't want to stop. What really helped me was reading the Bible every day, and remembering that God Chose me to be one of his followers. I didn't choose him, he chose me and thought you can fallow my word and be faith full. God chose each one of us specifically to be his deciples and spread his word. To be a deciple is to be an apprentice or a student, so we're all like Jesus Christs apprentice, He chose us and thinks we can do what he does ( not all the awesome super power stuff, but he live faithfully and spread his word ) Good luck man, I know its hard and seems impossible but its not. Also if nothing else works you can put tape on your penis. I heard this works but I never tried it. Oh and a word of hope, it gets easier the longer you go without doing it. They say it takes 23 days to break an addiction, just aim for that then just keep adding days untill eventually you wont care.

Sometimes, even when you're getting sex all the time, you just want to do it yourself. It's quick, easy and you know how to do it right. There's nothing wrong with it.
Your girlfriend is worrying that you don't find her attractive, or that you're thinking about other people or blah blah blah.
Fatigue is probably the cause. Eat some oatmeal in the morning (seriously.) and go to bed early the night before she gets there. You'll be fine, and so will she.
Reassure her this happens to lots of guys, and you'll be back to normal really soon.

I don't believe you are right. When a man masturbates it becomes a feeling that he comes to enjoy. He knows the grip and pressure to apply, and just what to do to satisfy himself. Even married men masturbate. Im married, and still I think it's like a different feeling that we have come to enjoy after years of doing it. Good Luck!

Why bother, you where sick, so dont blame the masturbate mate. If you give up, you will probably go crazy. I would. I masturbate before or after sex if i want it, plus you can never be sure when sex is fourthcoming anyway.

masturbating is very i dont think this was the reason you didnt *** during sex. I bet your partner does it too every one is human and will do it at some stage in their life. Women wont admit to doing it but they do. its natural

why would you want to stop. if you j/o 2 days before you had sex, it has nothing to do with that. maybe you just dont have the feelings for her that you need, or you were stressed. do not blame this on your need to j/o
