What moves me to stand my ground is that If I don't stand my ground someone else will forcibly take it.
The moment I become passive and inattentive is also the same moment I will get taken advantage of and used.

I never leave it, it is where I stand, walk, & be. I never need defend it, I am always here. So, I guess the answer I have for you is that there is no standing my ground, I am the ground I stand upon. Blessings.

What makes me stand my ground is when someone personally violates me, or, if in business, a client tries to go outside company policy (boundaries).
