Polycycistc ovaries may not keep you from getting pregnant alhtough it can. There are no accurate precentages that you will find as there are many other factors involved. From personal experience the best way to clear up ovarian cysts is to go on the pill or the patch for how ever many months it takes to completely clear them. They wil probably come back but in the meantime you shoudl ovulate regularly and hopefully concieve.
