Whether you are Sec. 8 or not is irrelevant. Normal eviction processes are followed. The decision will be whatever the judge determines.

I agree with acermill.

A Section 8 eviction is no different than a non-Section 8 eviction.

My personal experience, the tenant had to pay all back rent and was given 45 days to vacate.

Had she not paid what was owed, she would have been ordered to vacate within days.

She also had to pay to stay for those 45 days.

relies upon on your State or Commonwealth regulations. Pennsylvania states that if the tenant owes late hire, then 10 days. If the tenant only needs to pass for different motives, may well be as much as 30 days. The Judicial technique would take longer than that although.

all up to the judge, i hear bribes sometimes work but think it might be illegal
