Prospective jurors are drawn from voter registration and driver's license records. In some areas, local tax records are also used. Voting is a right, not a duty. Serving on a jury is however a duty and you have to at least show up for jury selection if you are called.

Name selection used to be from voter registration but changed to include drivers license registrations. Larger selection.
