ok i need help plz i bought this laptop from a friend of mine but the problem is when i turn it on i can't get through the windows because of the password they ask me to put the user name and the password. the problem is my friend forgot what the password was is there any way to unlock this password? plz help me.

Looks like it's just a windows password in which case you merely need to change the boot order to boot from CD and then you'll be able to reinstall windows.
Be glad it's just a windows password and not a BIOS password that was 'forgotten' (those things cost money to reset).

reformat the hard drive ! and then re-install windows
