Can the internal ultrasound off by 3 days?. I know she does not like commitment and did not want to marry. but would she accuse herself with cheating to keep the baby to herself.

I also remmbered now that we were togther on 8/31 at that time she was in her second day of period means that her next period start should be on 9/27 not 9/30 as she claimed and fed the ultrasound techniacian

The first question is... What do you mean by "last period on 9/30"? It started then or finished then? I assume you mean "started", or else it's 99% likely its yours.

The rule of thumb, all things being normal, is that ovulation happens around the 14th day after last period starts. (Actually, 14th day before next period should start). Some research suggests it might be a day or 2 earlier than that. The suggestion for using rythm method for birth control, says sperm might survive up to 4 to 5 days waiting for the egg.

So odds are it's not yours. Likely she ovulated on the 13th or 14th, just in time for your buddy to assume paternity. Apparently, higher libido (h*rniness) is a symptom of ovulation, which helps explain her behaviour...?

There's the possibility that she ovulated on the 12th, or that despite being at the end of their life cycle on the 13th, your swimmers were faster than his... There's also the possibility that she ovulated about the same time you two did it. Ask women... nothing about the female plumbing is simple or regular. Funny thngs happen all the time.

As for the ultrasound. Dig around with google for fetal development information. You've seen those pictures of babies on ultrasound, and how fuzzy they are. Now consider that at 6 weeks, there is almost NOTHING there to see - what, about the size of a tic-tac? Either (a) she's feeding you a line or (b) she told the med tech when she though conception occurred and he's saying yes, that is possible. I seriously doubt any ultrasound can narrow it down to the day. She told him when and he said yes, assuming she even had an ultrasound.

If I had to bet, I'd give you 80-20 it's his not yours.

So you've got 8 months to think about the future. You've got a girlfriend who is so careless, lazy, and unfaithful that she not only did it with you unprotected (I assume this wasn't planned... unless she did it on purpose), but she cheated on you and didn't try to take precautions with him either. (Unless she's one of the 1 in 1,000 who took all their pills on time and still ended up pregnant).

Are you going to stick with her, if it turns out to be yours? Do you think she'd tolerate that kind of behaviour from you?

Sadly ultrasounds are not 100% so it could be off. I think for now you sould do what you feel is best untill your able to get a dna test. Because unless your really comitted to her, you souldn't have to support a baby that might not be yours untill you have a test. I know it sounds harsh, but i think this situation is harsh and deserves no less of a response. Im sorry that she was unfaithful. Good luck

Wow, she's so loyal. The ultrasounds (especially the internal ones) are right on the money. You need a blood test, honey.

well considering that sperm can live in your body for 72 hours...it doesnt matter when you got preggo, it could be any of them.
