my friend is a top official. He is rich and well. good charactor..married and having children.but..?

My fiend is an official and rich, married and having children. he is good enough, but he is in the nature of not seeing anybody face to face.. if anyone subordinate or visitor or customer comes, he will ask them to sit. when talks begin, he will turn his face to left or right. he hears patiently and will send them back. After they left, his face comes to normal direction.. why this?

I'd have to see it, sounds like extreme insecurity, he has nothing that makes him feel driving to face people. Makes since, official and rich, married and having childern DOESN'T MEAN CRAP!!!!!! I hate how people put that in there THEN don't understand other peoples problems, they act like that craps hard, IF IT WAS HARD PEOPLE WOULDN'T EXPECT IT!!!!!! THat aside, it could be his style, I'd have to personal feel the situation to know for sure. Could be that he doesn't hear well and hears better turning his head. I personally don't eye-ball someone whose telling me deep stuff but at the right moments. It's easier to talk to a wall then right into someones eyes.....
