it says a webcam is not found or is not working properly.

Have you checked teh DRIVERS and SOFTWARE for the cam are installed properly ?
Did the webcam EVER work ?
Have you asked Acer tech support for advice ? After all their product, they should know if it has a few "bugs"

Go on Start > Setting > Control Panel > Add Hardware
Select your webcam device and install your webcam. This will get the hardware as well a software installed and activated.

try uninstalling the previous driving force,then installation a sparkling one,and till now installation examine the driving force if its nicely suited alongside with your present day o.s. if specific then decide for it,dont ignore to restart your pc after installation.desire it facilitates!good luck!

restart your computer. My friend says it does that when you twist it too hard. Then it should work.
