Emphasis is a way of highlighting a message or making it stronger. Thjis is done in a vigorous way to get the message across. So if you choose the message, and let's assume for your purposes it is 'anti-smoking', you could say.
As younger people get older, generally from mid to late teens, they start to emulate their elders in an attempt to seem 'grown up' or 'adult'. This can be by way of copying dress styles, attitudes or habits. Unfortunately many teens choose the wrong role models to copy and start on bad examples of adulthood rather than good ones. An example is smoking. What does smoking do for you that is 'adult'? Well it may make you look 'cool' and 'sophisticated' and 'grown up' and make you feel that you have made an independant decision without parental approval. Great. But what it really does is kill! Yes, that's what cigarettes do to you. They kill you. Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on the way you look at it, this process does take a long time and in the flush of youth this is often overlooked. So in the meantime if you want to have bad breath, yellow teeth, smelly clothes, less cash in your wallet, a poor complexion, an addictive drug habit and fewer friends then carry on smoking. Oh, did I forget to mention the main things? Poor health, short windedness, heart disease, emphesemia, cancer, early death, the un-necessary cost to the health services, the list goes on. Make sure you are happy to take those things on board when you start to smoke and, if you are, happy smoking!

I wrote this myself, so it's not plaigiarized:
In contemporary society, there are many individuals who believe that electronic communications are acceptable methods for breaking off romantic relationships. Some use cellular text messaging while others resort to e-mail so as to avoid confrontation and conflict. From a psychological perspective, the damage inflicted on the victim of electronic break-ups are substantial, likely leading to depression and distorted self-concept. Hence, electronic communications as a form of relationship destruction is unacceptable when the subject of communication can affect the well-being of the receiver.
