It can snow anywhere in Europe. The Alps and the Pyrenees are on France's southern border. Mountains get snow in winter. Norway, Sweden, Finland are so far north that they have long snowy seasons.
London is on the same latitude as Toronto, Canada but they get very little snow.

France has a lot of ski resorts in the Alps and the Pyrenees!
You can go skiing out of Madrid by suburb trains.
You can say everywhere in Europe except for Ireland, maybe.
