By refusing medical help she has probably destroyed any chance she would have had of winning a lawsuit.

Sorry to hear about your accident. And so early in the morning too. Bummer. The answer your looking for is yes. Sorry. A report was filed and will go against your driving record. More bad news my friend, Some years a go I hit a car and while at the time the other driver said that everything was O.K., a week later he came back and wanted a new car out of the deal. He didn't get one. So check with your insurance agent and cross your fingers. Before the person that was injured shows up wearing a full body cast and a lawyer. Good Luck!

1. was she in a cross-walk?
2. did U hit her or did she hit U?
3. where on your vehicle did the person connect?
4. Was there a lot of traffic?
5. She can still sue for injuries sustained but not evident just
after the accident.
6. talk to a lawyer NOW! If it was me, I'd sue the bejesus out of you

The woman can make a claim against you. If you have insurance, the thing to do is report it to your insurance company.
If the woman does make a claim, the accident can be investigated, now rather than later. An adjuster can then determine if there is any liability on your part.
The fact that the woman was hit does not automatically make it your fault.

Sure there is. You hit her with enough force to make her fall to the ground. I imagine there is one heck of a bruise there, if not more, now.
I would contact my insurance company and fill out a report. Leave it up to them to investigate the matter, but it sounds like you are completely at fault, and yes, your premiums can go up and she can sue.
