I am a beginner --just curious to know about some basics in Astrology..I have read in BV Raman s book "How to Judge a Horoscope" pg59 that more than Kuta arrangement its the basic structure which is more important.In that he mentions that if one possesses a conjunction of Suns,Mars and Mercury in the ascendant then he/she will have a stony heart,acute selfishness and self-aggrandisement.
I have a friend who has a similar horoscope.Is it something which can be given importance to ?
And people--Enough.I dont want people coming and saying that planets do not have any effect whatsoever on hujman tendencies.Give me a break.This is supposed to be a horoscope related question meant to be in a Horoscope section.If you have something to say in those lines mentioned above,You can keep it to yourself.I have grown tired reading those..

sun along with mars in asc makes person egoistic, aggressive in nature. merc along with them gives sharp mind, clear logic, interest in telecommunication, Computer etc.

I'm an aquarius sun, capricorn moon, and sagittarius rising. I think I have the traits of a sagittarius rising, but i definitely don't look horsey at all. But i do have almond eyes and good legs. Everyone argues over the 'best' ascendant signs. I would have to say the most attractive ascendant signs are libra, sagittarius, gemini, aquarius, and scorpio. It's not that they are necessarily the most attractive looking, but they have the most attractive personalities, and are typically the most attractive in general. The top two are definitely Sagittarius and Libra because they are extremely charming and have undeniable sex appeal.Scorpio is a great rising sign because you are very magnetic. Those three signs are the most attractive rising signs to have in general. It seems regardless of what people with those rising signs do, people are attracted to them. I am a sagittarius rising and i am dating a man with a libra rising, and together we can charm anyone into anything.

No, the native is not likely to be a selfish one.He has rather career oriented mind and is supposed to reach his goal by any means.....it doesn't mean, he is selfish.Success in life is assured and he has good reflex and he hardly finds himself running short of words.
