if you are using Fujitsu, i guess it's a Japanese made laptop. the opener of that is at the left side (if you are facing on the laptop). a small black button is there and you need to press it in order to open the case. sometimes if you had pressed the button, the case will not open but the lock is already unlocked so may pull it out slowly and do not try to bend the case in pulling. so try to search that small black button.

Look on the right hand side or the front of the laptop. A little button will be on the drive door. It will look like a tiny light, which it actually is. (The light blinks as the drive is accessing data.)

it's on the left or righ side of the laptop, sometimes on the front but there is a littel posibility.
also there is a bottom that you have to press (on the let or right or even front, the bottom is next to the drive)
but when you open it you have to push it back, it won't close it self by just pressing the bottom again

If there is no button on the drive to press, then it must be a software command. Try right clicking on the cdrom drive in explorer and see if that gives you an eject option.

Usually they are located on the right side, and open by depressing a button. Mine is clearly marked.

It is on the left hand side of the laptop itself. You push lightly on it and it will auto open I think. At least the one I saw, that is how it worked. GOOD LUCK
