WTO= World Trade Organization

It was founded to create a global free-market system by reducing trade barriers and increasing international trade. It sets international rates for trade and specifies quotas, tarrifs, etc. for member nations to abide by. Basically, it eventually favors the developed nations as they can used their majority votes to force the other members to abide by rules that will ultimatley favor them.
