I was nauseated through my entire pregnancy. It just depends on the pregnancy with how long its going to last.

at the end of pregnancy your HCG levels go up again (like in the first 12wks or so) and therefore can cause you to have 'morning sickness' or nausea like is usual in the first trimester.
This is a good sign and can mean that labour and birth is 'imminent' - by that I mean its not going to happen tomorrow necessarily, but things are definately getting ready down there!
Try eating frequent small meals and drink a lot of water as this can help you feel better. Also do not overdo it and get as much rest as possible to combat the nausea.
Best of luck and fingers crossed it happens for you soon!

Hormone levels change as your pregnancy progresses, plus your stomach, lungs, and other vital organs are being crowded by a very large uterus right now. It's not unusual to get indigestion and nausea when you are close to delivery.
