I like Stencilrevolution.com but that's obviously more for stenciling than let's say wildstyle. I'm sure somebody there could probably help you out though.
Either way graffiti isn't something you're going to learn over night. You best bet is to find an established artist and pay him to paint your shop or just let him/her do it for free.
