If I had to choose before it'd probably be the Burberry clad sector, but with their renumeration level and apparent incompetence in managing sustaining the financing for loans I'm leaning towards Merchant Bankers.

please take out the lawyers, career politicians, telemarketers who call at dinner time, half the bureaucrats, any celebrity with a low IQ and high opinion of their worth, child molesters, rapists, fanatics of any kind, dictators, lobbyists, people who tailgate when there's no one else on the freeway, drivers who go slow in the fast lane, mass polluters, the rich who steal from the poor, corrupt cops, Spamers, and the guy who kept me up until four in the morning thinking about who I'd kill if i had the means.

I have such conflict about answering this; it would be such a terrifying responsibility. I can't even treat the question flippantly and make a joke.
But, if I absolutely had to do it.....I'd knock off all child molesters, all rapists, all makers/sellers/buyers of child porn/adult porn, all murderers, wife/child domestic abusers and all violent criminals who assault people for any reason.
Wow, that felt good! Hmm. Playing God really is appealing. Good thing no one would really let me do this. I'm not very merciful to the criminal element!!!
EDIT: Oops I forgot white slavers and anyone who traffics in human life/pimps, Drug dealers. Lots of empty space opening up now!

Lawyers and drug addicts that makes politicians # 1 though oil company Moguls would be up there as well yes mortgage bankers fall in there and are already covered take a look at who owns those corporations .

Wow. You're ahead of the curve, aren't you? Drunk drivers would be my first choice, I think. Alcoholics in general. CEOs of Mega-Corporations and White Collar Criminals. People who hoard and/or abuse animals. Pedophiles. People who traffic in women and children. Hatemongers and homophobes. People who use God as their own personal megaphone.

I don't think you need to worry to much about this. The Christian Crusaders and Islamic Jihadists are likely to do this without the intervention of you or I.
If there is a God, it's high time for he or she to show themselves and get their more radical followers under control.
