There is a certain bond for immediate family members that comes from years of living together and experiencing life together. Having sex with your brother or sister is not only ridiculous, but it would surely be uncomfortable long-term as you would always have to hide it from others. Who wants to live that way?
Your mother's cousins are barely connected to you, so if there is a connection between you and someone of this extended kinship, I highly doubt that you're the only one who has at least considered it. Whether it's wrong is a matter of why or how it is being done and how complicated your life will become because of it. Do you want to have genetically deformed children? Or, are you seriously interested in building a relationship with them long-term?

To each his own I say. Personally I would never do it, but as it's consensual and as long as it doesn't hurt anyone then go for it if you really want to. Just make sure you're ready to deal with whatever consequences may come as a result of it

well, yes it is wrong to have sex with any family member, it is termed incest and wrong in the eyes of God, please if u have not already, refrain from going down that road, although u may thing it feel nice and great to view ur family that way, it is not and only end up with hurtful and emotional scars. Yes. It diminishes the diversity allowing the chance for mental illness , mental retardation, physical deformities and hemophilia along with numerous other affects to happen to the offspring of such a union.

Incest is illegal in most places, and is generally frowned upon by society. I can't say whether it's 'right' or 'wrong', it's not my place to say, but that's the general view in most societies. Procreative sex within a family (a.k.a. inbreeding) tends to be dangerous, as the risk for birth defects is greater.
