the 1st 2 are questions. The 1/3 is a fact. a million. What does "sky" recommend? you're asking a query a pair of particular concern. i.e. sky. 2. what's the marvelous expression? You asking a query a pair of particular expression. what's a marvelous expression? Is a clumsy question given which you do no longer specify what variety of expression spoke of, this is too regular a query. 3. "i,m awkward regardless of basic grammar." could be,"i think awkward regardless of basic grammar. " This a fact telling the form you sense approximately your command of basic grammar.

"Responsive" has an undertone of taking action. Number 2 would be the best because the others talk about someone being ignored.

It's number 2; you called, they responded as soon as possible; therefore, they were "responsive." The other cases show that the people ignored requests; in other words were "unresponsive."
