Hi
Make a cardboard template then take the shower glass and the template to a professional glazier and ask him to take the sharp edges off the cut when he's done.

as said - no
some of the shower enclosure firms like mira do a custom manufacturing service so have a look on their website. very good service usually. or hopefully the company who made your unit as they could match the metal profiles and ensure it fitted together
dont know about the glaziers, the glass is usually pretty well stuck in the metal surrounds i fit so i dont know if it would come out and fit back very easily

do not try to cut the glass! For safety reasons shower glass is tempered. install your cubicle and use 8mill Plexiglas as a substitute. cheap and easy to work.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you can't cut the tempered glass, it will shatter. You will need to order a new piece of glass cut into the shape needed.

check with the manufacturer to see if that type of glass can be cut. Some glass is designed to shatter. If you are able to cut it, you can buy a glass cutter from Lowes. Good luck.
