Movement of Acorn Barnacles?

pleaz do you guyz noe how acorn barnacles move? pleaz write a little bit more for me to understand.... and pleaz site ur source.... thanx

Acorn worm is a burrower of sand on the beach. its larva, called tornaria larva, has bands of cilia which beat to let it move on the surface of the sea water.

Only Acorn barnacle larvae move. The larvae float around for a period of time and then set down on a solid surface, attach themselves permanently until they die.
