As someone else says, a great deal depends on the type of plastic. Try to find out what plastic material it is that you have. Is it PVC, PE, ABS or something else. Then use an adhesive selector chart to choose exactly the correct glue for the job. Make sure that the surfaces you intend to glue are absolutely clean and dry then follow the instructions provided with the adhesive.

Depending on the plastic, E-6000 is a clear flowing stinky silicone based adhesive that glues almost anything to anything is very stiff when set and can be used as contact cement.

A lot depends on the type of plastic.
Some plastics are extremely difficult to bond to, needing surface treatments and all kinds of stuff.
I'd try a 2-part epoxy resin like Araldite, myself.
