Why does it fall upon Young America to Change the World?

What is it about family life that causes us to forget about everthing that needs change or improvement in our society. Shouldnt bringing a new life into the world make it all that much more imperative?

Probably because America has been the fastest changing country since ages. By the way, America isn't that young.
