I used "Bengal Roach spray" many years ago when I had a problem with them. I got it at it at Lowes and it was quite expensive compared to the ones at the grocery store. I removed everything from my kitchen cabinets and killed everyone I saw and then cleaned them well > Then I sprayed everything down and left it overnight. Cleaned up any dead ones and eggs they dropped and repeated this process about 2 weeks later and never had them again.

Boric acid is very effective when used properly for killing roaches and most other insects. You can also get a house lizard, they are natural enemies and will eat them.
