Pennington is a failure at QB. Each year they put their faith into him and he fails. The Jets need to draft a QB or hit the free agent market for one. Their coach also waste time trying to inspire a team that needs to get back to basics, not watch films on how to win. I can watch Remember the Titans 10 times but it won't make me a better football player.

Mangina is their biggest problem ,he needs to stop making them watch ispiration videos about David vs Goliath and start coaching you can always tell in a coaches second year where the franchise is going , next year will be his 3rd year whats their goal going to be .500 when his 1st year he went to the play-offs.
They could possibly be worst next season probly take the place of Miami . No signs for future success ,he may be fired 3 or 4 games into next season

Magini the fraud. He hasn't done anything right this season other than exposing the Patriots' cameras.
