Yes - about 50% of the time - I do laugh out loud but "loud" as in making the sound NOT burst out loudly. Probably you would call it a snickering giggle.

Not all the time. I sometimes say it to be nice or i just think it's a bit funny inside... But if I'm actually laughing my head off i say roflmao or just asisfjl;dfogj if I can't control myself. Lol.

Not usually. When I'm really laughing I say roflol. I just say lol when something is like chuckleish.
