Can this be a sign of something ? plz help!?

i'm 14..I've been getting alot of bad headaches during the past week. What does this mean?
I think i've been spending a couple more hours on the computer each day, could this be why?
What can i dO? i'm scared

Yes, sometimes spending a lot of time on the computer can cause eye strain which can cause headaches. Another thing that can cause headaches to occur is the changing in the barometric pressure (this has to do with the weather such as if it's going to rain).

I started having problems with this when I was 14 as well and this went on for years. Then I told a friend what I was noticing (and no I didn't watch a lot of tv) and she told me that the barometer can do this.

Another reason headaches can occur can be related to your period as to when its coming and this can occur because of the change in hormone levels.

I would recommend letting your mom know what's going on and also talk to your doctor about this to see what they say.

LOL your just like me. Its your eyes causing the headache. Your straining your eyes too much. I went to opticals and explained this probelm and now I have really nice glasses LOL and they reduce the strain on my headache. Don't worry, your wont look geeky just buy ones that suit your face and then your good 2 go x

Square face - round glasses
Oval face - any glasses will suit you
Round face (like me) - rectagular angular glasses suit you best they balance out your face
