This may sound silly and vain of me, but it would have to be my penis. Since I have experienced orgasms, I do not think I could go throughout my life happily if I lost the ability to have an orgasm. I do think I would call my penis my most prized possession, as it is what brings me relief, relaxation, and pleasure, free of cost. Take this however you will, but I do admit I have self centered priorities.
